John K. Rounds
John Rounds is a partner in the law offices of Rounds and Sutter, a Southern California law firm with offices in Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Clemente and Westlake Village, serving the communities in the areas of bankruptcy, business and real estate law, as well as estate planning, personal injury, immigration and criminal defense.
John has focused his nearly 20-year legal career on the practice of bankruptcy law. His is the author of numerous articles on bankruptcy and has helped thousands of clients get a “fresh start” through Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings

Randall V. Sutter
A partner in Rounds & Sutter, Randall Sutter helps lead the firm in the practice of bankruptcy and business law. As a business owner and entrepreneur for over 20 years prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Sutter has a unique perspective that enhances his ability to assist individuals and businesses with the issues they face in bankruptcy.
Outside of the office, Mr. Sutter enjoys sports and physical activities, spending time with his family and working on handyman projects around the house. He also stays involved in his local community in many ways, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Ventura Teen Legal Clinic and the Buenaventura Swim Club, as well as coaching youth sports, teaching at local high schools, and volunteering with various community-based programs.
